Role Summary:

Lead and accelerate revenue growth for our U.S. logistics business by leveraging an established 300+ member global operations, sales support, and compliance infrastructure. The role requires an experienced industry leader with an existing book of business and the ability to immediately drive high-value client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive immediate revenue through his/her existing client relationships
  • Acquire and manage large enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Maximize yield and profitability across ocean, air, and domestic trucking
  • Activate and optimize existing sales and inside sales teams
  • Strengthen carrier and partner relationships
  • Own U.S. P&L and commercial strategy
  • Drive new business acquisition across importers, exporters, and manufacturers
  • Build and manage a portfolio of B2B logistics clients
  • Develop ocean (FCL/LCL), air, and domestic trucking business
  • Establish competitive pricing strategies and procurement networks
  • Deliver revenue and margin targets.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years in freight forwarding / NVOCC / 3PL sales
  • Proven track record managing $10M+ book of business
  • Strong client relationships in US import/export ecosystem
  • Deep expertise in ocean freight and integrated logistics solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to scale revenue using existing teams
  • Experience in international trade lanes (Asia–US preferred)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to scale business from ground up.

Compensation:

  • Base + aggressive performance-linked incentives (uncapped)
