Position Details:
Base Salary: €4,000–5,000/month (gross)
Type: Full-time
Work Arrangement: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote
Location: Prime city center, Rotterdam (parking included)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the destination coordination team to ensure smooth cargo handling and timely deliveries.
Serve as the primary customer contact, delivering service excellence and managing escalations.
Oversee compliance with EU transport and customs regulations.
Collaborate with documentation, transport, and IT teams to enhance service delivery and operational performance.
Analyze performance data and implement improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s a plus).
5+ years’ experience in logistics coordination or customer service, ideally within the EU.
Strong knowledge of EU transport and customs regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in logistics software (TMS, WMS); control tower solutions a plus.
Fluency in English; other European languages are an advantage.
Nice to Have: Basic Polish language skills or knowledge of Polish/Slovenian ports (Gdańsk, Gdynia, Koper).
