Currently, the company is expanding into Automated Warehousing (Autowarehouse, Distribution Center) and international freight & forwarding services, leveraging automation and AI technologies.
I. GENERAL INFORMATION
Position: Deputy Director (Freight & Forwarding)
Working Location: 119–121 Nguyen Huu Tho, Dinh Cong, Hanoi
II. JOB DESCRIPTION1. Job Objective
Take full responsibility for organizing, operating, and developing Freight Forwarding activities, while leading business strategies to ensure sustainable revenue and profit growth.
2. Key Responsibilities2.1. Organization, Development & Operations of Freight Forwarding
- Lead the establishment and overall operation of Freight Forwarding activities (Air/Sea/Trucking) in line with company strategy
- Develop and expand a strategic customer network to ensure sustainable growth
- Establish and maintain partnerships with carriers and global agents (airlines, shipping lines, international agents) to enhance competitiveness
- Drive the implementation and optimization of technology systems (CRM, TMS, operation systems) for management and operations
- Standardize organizational structure, operational processes, and service quality control
- Build and develop the organizational structure and workforce (recruitment, training, evaluation, succession planning) to support business expansion
2.2. Business Development & Performance Management
- Lead the development and execution of business strategies to achieve revenue and Gross Profit targets
- Drive sales activities, directly engaging in key accounts and major business opportunities
- Develop and implement pricing policies, pricing mechanisms, and competitive strategies by market and trade lane
- Monitor business performance, manage pipeline and forecast, and optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate closely with Pricing, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure overall efficiency and customer satisfaction
2.3. Leadership & Strategic Role
- Participate in mid- and long-term strategic planning for company growth
- Report directly to the Board of Directors on business performance, opportunities, and risks
- Propose improvement initiatives, market expansion strategies, and competitiveness enhancement
- Represent the company in dealings with partners, clients, and external stakeholders
III. REQUIREMENTSEducation
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, International Trade, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics
- At least 3 years of experience in mid-to-senior management roles
- Strong knowledge of Sea Freight, Air Freight, Pricing, Operations, and logistics market
Skills
- Leadership and team management
- Business development, negotiation, and client acquisition
- Financial analysis (P&L management)
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Good command of English (required for working with international partners)
