Baseline Requirements for All Roles
To maintain our high safety and service standards, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
- US Citizenship is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
- Ability to pass a drug screen (includes screening for marijuana *in all forms*, illicit drugs, etc.).
- Capable of lifting up to 150 lbs without assistance and up to 300 lbs with assistance.
- A positive, growth-oriented attitude and strong team spirit!
Open Positions & Specific Duties
Option A) Dedicated Overnight Delivery Team (Wednesday – Saturday): from $28 / hour
Option B) Movers & Delivery Team (Tuesday – Saturday) : Starting $26 / hour – potiential higher wage with box truck driving experience

Option C)Warehouse Team Lead (Tuesday – Saturday): Starting at $28.00 per hour
- Use Customer Provided software to perform Inventory Transactions with 99.5% accuracy.
- Assists and participates in loading and unloading trucks and/or delivery vehicles.
- Utilizes the proper operation of warehouse equipment and tools.
- Ensures that all freight is stored in an orderly fashion and properly tracked and accounted for.
- Ensures that delivery teams have product ready daily.
- Receive returned products and processes them for return to proper location.
- Organizes freight picked for specific delivery routes to various locations.
- Maintain storage area by organizing floor space, recommending improvements.
- Assist in coordinating training of new employees and ensure that current employees are receiving ongoing training.
- Occassional going out on a delivery route when needed.
- Must be able to qualify as a driver.
No experience? No problem—we will train you!
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service directly to customers’ homes and commercial project sites during pickups and deliveries.
- On-Site Logistics: Pack, load, break down, unpack, and perform basic installation of household goods and office furniture.
- Driving & Navigation: Safely navigate 26’ box trucks (or heavy commercial vehicles) through residential and commercial areas using basic delivery software.
- Physical Demands: Highly physical role—must be capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. solo (and 350 lbs. in a team lift) a great way to stay fit all year round. Drivers must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
