On Site CDL Training Program
Paid training while working towards obtaining your CDL license
Proven company-led instruction providing a path to obtain your CDL license in 10 weeks
On-site instructor for training and questions
Company vehicle provided for testing with an independent CDL instructor
Delivery Driver
Job Description
Make multiple delivery stops to customer locations within 100 miles of the warehouse
Physically unload items from trucks at each stop
Perform 20-30 stops per day, with 400-600 units per truck
Maximum weight of 160 lbs. for lifted items
Regularly lift, push, and pull items throughout the day
Merchandise, stock, rotate products, and build displays in customer accounts
Build positive relationships with customers

Pay Structure
Starting at $20.00 per hour
$22.00 per hour after obtaining CDL license
$24.00 per hour when assigned a delivery route
$1500 Summer Bonus
Up to $2400/year in monthly performance pay in 2025
Seasonal overtime

Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
Valid Driver License
Previous customer service or stocking experience preferred
Proficient with smartphones
