We are seeking a Delivery Driver Supervisor based in Courtice to lead our team of drivers. If you are passionate about logistics and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of delivery drivers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Monitor delivery performance and address issues or delays promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, focusing on resolution.
Ensure all drivers follow safety protocols and company policies.
Prepare and present reports on delivery performance, driver metrics, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with internal teams to align delivery schedules with business needs.
Support business needs by acting as a back-up Delivery and Recovery Driver as needed.
Experience, Skills & Competencies
5+ years in fleet/logistics environment
Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or training team members
Strong knowledge of fleet operations, maintenance, and safety standards
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Route, Fleet Optimization (asset)
Customer-focused attitude
Other Considerations
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Background checks including criminal record, driver’s abstract, and employment references
