About Us: Delivery Ease is an on-demand prescription delivery platform committed to making healthcare more accessible. We are expanding and seeking dedicated delivery drivers to serve local communities.
Job Summary: As a delivery driver, you will pick up prescriptions from local pharmacies and deliver them to customers’ homes or other locations. You will use the Delivery Ease app to optimize routes and ensure delivery protocols are followed. Your attention to detail and customer service will help us provide an excellent experience for our pharmacy partners and customers.
Responsibilities:
Arrive on time at pickup locations and follow all delivery protocols.
Safely and efficiently deliver prescription medications to customers promptly.
Upload proof of delivery and obtain customer signatures.
Verify prescription and customer information before each delivery.
Maintain professionalism and courteousness to provide exceptional customer service.
Follow traffic laws, company policies, and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license.
Vehicle with insurance.
Familiarity with the local area and navigation skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
