Job Summary
Med Trans is Medline’s private fleet of professional drivers that delivers lifesaving medical products directly to both commercial and residential customers. Our fleet consists of over 1,900 trucks with newer equipment. We operate a network of over 50 distribution centers nationwide, providing 1-day shipping to 95% of the United States.
The Delivery Driver is responsible for operating a parcel van and/or straight truck to transport medical products to local customers. This role is critical in building positive customer relationships through timely, accurate, and safe deliveries.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Load and secure products from the Medline Facility into a parcel van and/or straight truck.
Safely operate the vehicle between the facility and customer destinations, following all safety regulations and performing safety checks.
Unload and deliver products at customer facilities, ensuring timely delivery.
Provide in-person support to customers, addressing questions and providing documentation upon delivery.
Communicate with dispatch regarding route or schedule adjustments to meet customer needs and safety standards.
Maintain a travel and cargo log in accordance with regulations and company policy.
Perform vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation and sufficient fuel levels.
Required Experience:
Valid US driver’s license;
Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) for Class B License if required by state.
Ability to meet Federal and State requirements for operating commercial vehicles.
Clean driving record with no serious violations.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience.

The salary range for this position is $18.75 – $26.25 per hour, varies based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline adheres to minimum wage laws.
Benefits include health insurance, life and disability coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and more for employees working 30+ hours/week. For less than 30 hours/week, benefits include 401(k) contributions and access to additional support programs.
