Work Conditions and Physical Demands
- Exposure to varying weather conditions; in-store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F and above
- Fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust
- Cramped quarters (including walk-in cooler); hot surfaces and moving parts
- Physical tasks include standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, reaching, and fine motor work
- Driving and navigation required to deliver products within designated areas
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
- Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses in the delivery area
- Ability to navigate multi-story buildings and other delivery sites while carrying products
