Job Opportunity: Logistics Company Manager
We’re seeking a Logistics Company Manager to join our team as a business partner. Our business involves delivering small packages using drivers’ personal vehicles, similar to DoorDash or Uber Eats.
Responsibilities:
– Hire and manage a team of 1099 independent contractors
– Ensure timely freight dispatch from the warehouse daily
– Oversee drivers to guarantee timely delivery completion
Requirements:
– Basic laptop and cellphone app proficiency
– Basic team leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
– Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish (no proficiency requirement)
