Position: Dedicated Regional CDL-A Driver — Home Weekly, $2,500 Sign-On

Route & Schedule Details

  • Dedicated regional runs within approximately 700 miles of Front Royal, VA

  • Coverage includes VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, and WV

  • Home weekly for a 34-hour reset

  • Average ~1,100 miles per week

  • Typically 1–6 delivery stops per trailer

  • Minimum of 3 loads required weekly

  • Schedule may include night driving, weekends, and holidays as assigned

Freight involves live unload deliveries, requiring drivers to stay active throughout the route.


Pay & Bonus Opportunities

  • Average weekly earnings $1,300+

  • Top performers can earn up to $2,000 per week

  • .60cpm-.73cpm based on experience.

  • Estimated annual income around $89,000

Additional Pay:

  • $250 per full trailer unload

  • $125 weekly productivity bonus for completing 3+ loads

  • $35 backhaul pay

All-in earnings potential around $1.30 per mile including accessorial pay.
