Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across various routes. This role requires a strong understanding of different types of trucks, including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, roll-off trucks, and dump trucks. The Truck Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

Duties
Operate various types of trucks including tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, roll-off trucks, and dump trucks.
Safely transport freight to designated locations while following all traffic laws and regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and delivery schedules.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery status and any potential issues.
Load and unload cargo as required, ensuring proper handling of goods.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during transportation.
Skills
Proficient in driving various truck types including manual transmission vehicles.
Strong knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards.
Experience with freight handling and transportation logistics.
Ability to navigate using maps or GPS systems effectively.
Excellent communication skills for interaction with dispatchers and clients.
Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during transport.
Attention to detail for maintaining accurate logs and ensuring cargo safety.
