Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting freight safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong understanding of route driving, as well as the ability to operate different types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, and roll-off trucks. The Truck Driver will ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of professionalism while on the road.

Responsibilities
Operate and drive various types of trucks including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, and roll-off trucks.
Transport freight to designated locations in a timely manner while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding routes, schedules, and any potential issues.
Assist in loading and unloading cargo as needed, utilizing forklifts when required.
Ensure that all cargo is secured properly before transport.
Manage route planning to optimize delivery efficiency while minimizing delays.
Requirements
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
Familiarity with tanker operations is a plus.
Previous experience in route driving or freight transportation is highly desirable.
Ability to operate different truck types including flatbed and roll-off trucks.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to truck driving.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
