JOB TITLE: Inventory/Data Entry Labeler
DEPARTMENT: Warehouse
FLSA: hourly-paid, non-exempt
REPORTS TO: S&R Supervisor
REVISED: 3/25/2016
OBJECTIVE: Support the facility with accurate inventory data entry and performing other functions critical to the operation.
Essential Functions
A) Enter, label and continuously maintain accurate raw material inventory counts in computer system.
B) Insure production paperwork is accurately processed and entered into systems daily. Maintain production reports. Deliver production paperwork and information per requirements.
C) Assist in inventory counts and reconciliation
D) Insure all paperwork is completed accurately, thoroughly and timely. Including but not limited to: production, shipping & receiving, freight, payables, orders, month-end inventory counts.
E) Find and match-up paperwork for loads that arrive without clear documentation
F) Support and fill-in for Administrative Assistant when needed
G) Requires the ability to sit and walk for a minimum 8-hour shift
H) Reliable attendance on-site is required, as is occasional overtime
Other Duties
A) Assist Customer Service resolving issues with paperwork, order status, expedited Shipping & Receiving
B) Complete freight Purchase Orders
C) Answer phones and general office duties.
D) Work with and support remote team: Accounting, Sales, COO, CEO
E) Supports site management team
F) Other duties as assigned
Reporting Relationship
A) Reports to the S&R Supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
A) Good Written and Verbal Communication skills
B) Excellent data entry experience with high degree of accuracy
C) Able to work well with people at all levels of the organization, internally and externally
D) Proficient in Microsoft WORD and Office
E) High level of competence with Microsoft Excel
F) Works with high degree of professionalism
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
