We are looking for a Global Transportation Specialist to join an international team supporting worldwide logistics and transportation operations for dangerous goods. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in a highly specialized regulatory field while working with global stakeholders across multiple regions.
Your Responsibilities
- Review and approve transportation-related documentation and product data sheets
- Support transportation and regulatory processes
- Verify shipping requirements for products moving across global markets
- Investigate and resolve shipment-related discrepancies
- Collaborate with Product Managers and logistics stakeholders worldwide
- Ensure transportation activities comply with international regulations
- Work closely with customs and logistics teams on operational matters
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Transportation, Customs, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding
- Understanding of international transportation processes
- Customs knowledge
- Experience with ocean freight/shipping operations
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Nice to Have
- Air freight exposure ✈️
- Customs compliance experience
- SAP knowledge
- Familiarity with transportation regulations
