We are recruiting a Customs Specialist for a logistics company, in Lisbon.
Job Description:
– Support customs clearance for our air, sea and road freight customers;
– Ensure that all customs clearance procedures are carried out on the entry and exit of goods;
– Request the documents required for customs procedures, as well as to process them, and these procedures must be carried out with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy to avoid errors or omissions in the documentation.
Requirements:
– Complete secondary education;
– Upper intermediate English proficiency;
– Proven customs clearance or imports/export experience and knowledge (At least 3 years);
– Previous experience of working within a freight forwarding operation (desirable);
– Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
– Able to build strong customer relationships;
– IT Literate experience;
– Previous experience with GIDWIN and Cargowise.
