The Dallas office serves as a key compliance and customs processing hub supporting high-volume trade lanes across Asia, Europe, and Latin America. The company offers full-cycle customs brokerage and regulatory services with in-house expertise in HTS classification, PGA coordination, and audit preparation.
About the Role
This role is responsible for managing customs entries, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining documentation standards across all modes of inbound freight. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CBP, handling ISF filings, and supporting classification, licensing, and post-entry processes. Accuracy, timeliness, and understanding of U.S. customs procedures are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit customs entries for air and ocean import shipments in compliance with CBP requirements
Coordinate with clients, carriers, and brokers to ensure timely release, delivery, and recordkeeping of import cargo A to Z
Review and apply HTS codes, monitor PGA requirements, and maintain audit-ready files
Assist with compliance processes including ISF filings, post-entry amendments, and classification reviews
Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure routing accuracy, document control, and delivery integrity
Candidate Requirements
Minimum three years in U.S. customs entry writing or import compliance
Proficient in HTS classification, ISF filings, and U.S. Customs regulations
Experience with ACE, ABI, and brokerage software (CargoWise or similar)
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in entry processing and regulatory documentation
Based in Dallas, TX or surrounding areas; hybrid options available for qualified professionals
