Key Accountabilities
1. Follow-up and handling of daily import and export customs clearance affairs.
2. Classification and review of HS CODE.
3. According to HS CODE, the restrictions on import and export of Indonesia and related license requirements.
4. Inspection and review of customs clearance documents and submit them to the customs clearance agent to arrange customs clearance.
4. Assist in the development of local customs clearance procedures and risk management and control processes in Indonesia.
5. Regular update and interpretation of Indonesian customs policies.
6. Assistance and handling of customs audits.
7. Assist in the promotion and training of business processes and factory customs compliance requirements.
8. Communicate with the customs on daily affairs and assist in the maintenance of customs relations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
Customs declarer certificate;
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the areas of customs, import/export, experience in home appliance industry is preferred;
Familiar with international trade, customs clearance process, processing trade manufacturing, HS classification and bonded goods management… etc.;
Fluent English and local language in both written and verbal, Chinese language is a huge plus.
Highly collaborative – ability to excel in a team environment；
Preferred Qualifications
3 Years’ experience in the areas of customs, import/export, operations in bonded factory；
Certified as Customs Broker Licenseï¼›
Experience executing and ensuring trade compliance operations of Free Trade Agreement (FTA), Duty Draw Back and Free Trade Zone operations is a plus.
