Are you an experienced professional in Customs Clearance and Logistics with a deep understanding of import/export regulations and shipment procedures? Join our dynamic team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth and compliant logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute the entire Customs Clearance process for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities to ensure timely clearance.
Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with Saudi Customs and international regulations.
Provide logistical support to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Monitor and track shipments, keeping internal teams and stakeholders informed.
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customs Clearance and Logistics within Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Customs procedures, HS Codes, clearance portals, and logistics operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; ability to learn and work with new systems and portals.
Professional level English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
Arabic language skills are preferred and considered a plus.
