This is a fully remote opportunity for a detail-oriented customs professional with strong knowledge of U.S. import regulations and experience using CargoWise.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit accurate customs entries for air and ocean import shipments.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations.
- Classify goods using HTS codes and review import documentation for accuracy.
- Coordinate with customers, customs officials, carriers, and internal operations teams.
- Resolve customs holds, examinations, and clearance issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure all documentation is completed on time.
- Provide exceptional customer service and proactive communication throughout the clearance process.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of customs brokerage or customs entry writing experience within an international freight forwarder.
- Hands-on experience using CargoWise is essential.
- Strong knowledge of CBP regulations, HTS classification, ISF filings, and import documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
