Role Description The Customs Clearance & Registration Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Athens. This role is responsible for handling customs clearance procedures, preparing and submitting documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant customs and regulatory requirements. The officer will support registration processes, verify data accuracy, and resolve issues related to documentation or regulatory queries.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to interact with teammates and clients.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases under time constraints.
- Comfort with using digital tools and ORIAN ERP; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Post-secondary education in Logistics, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in customs clearance, logistics, or supply chain operations; prior work with Greek or EU customs systems is an advantage.
