Role Description
This full-time on-site role is for a Customs Broker, in this role you will be responsible for arranging and processing customs clearance for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with customs laws and regulations and liaising with clients, carriers, and government officials as necessary.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a customs broker or a similar role in the freight industry
- Familiarity with customs brokerage software and technologies
- An understanding of customs laws and regulations and experience in processing customs clearance documents, further in-house and on-line training will be available.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team and build client relationships
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
