What you’ll do:
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we’ve encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we’re driving major missions forward. As a part of the Cross Border logistics team, you will manage import and export clearance operations for both freezone and mainland activities. The role will involve accurately entering and managing shipment data, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting the team with required documentation.
Accurately enter import and export shipment data into the company’s ERP system with speed and precision.
Prepare, verify, and process shipping documentation for customs clearance.
Ensure compliance with freezone and mainland customs regulations.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities.
Maintain organized records of all shipments and clearance documents.
Verify the accuracy of data received from suppliers and clients.
Assist in tracking shipments and updating stakeholders on clearance status.
Generate periodic reports on clearance operations and data accuracy.
What you’ll need?
Proven experience in data entry, preferably in the import/export sector.
Familiarity with freezone and mainland import/export procedures and regulations.
Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred certification in logistics or supply chain management.
Experience with ERP systems related to logistics and clearance operations.
