Role Description The Customer Support Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving service issues, and providing accurate information about logistics and shipment processes via phone, email, and in person. The role includes tracking consignments, coordinating with operations teams, and updating customers on delivery timelines and status. The Customer Support Officer will document interactions, escalate complex issues when necessary, and support continuous improvement in customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining clear records, following company procedures, and contributing to a professional, service-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, complaints, and service requests effectively.
- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and follow-up.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret shipment data, identify issues, and support process improvements.
- Experience providing Technical Support related to logistics systems, tracking tools, or customer portals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Nepali.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or a related customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline preferred.
