Our team in Greece is currently searching for a:
Customer Service Specialist (m/f), based in Thessaloniki.

Main Responsibilities:
- Coordination of export/import bookings and documentation for FCL and LCL shipments,
- Preparation of customs clearance and transit cargo documents,
- Taking care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high-quality service and assistance,
- Support of our accounting team during invoicing procedure,
- Filing of fulfilled cases/bookings.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Graduate in business, shipping, or logistics Studies, Master’s degree would be an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of relative experience in freight forwarding sector, experience in container shipping would be an asset,
- Computer literacy at very good level,
- Very good knowledge of English (verbal/written),
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with customer focus,
- Attention to detail,
- Ability to communicate with team and cross-functionally,
- Ability to work under pressure.
