Role Overview
We are searching for a Customer Service Specialist to join our South East Asia regional Customer Service team as our representative in Vietnam, reporting to the Customer Manager in Singapore.
This is a great opportunity for someone who can be our point of contact for customers in Vietnam, most of which are large multi-national organisations, to answer enquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
To ensure the proper processing of customer orders and invoices via the Company’s order entry process and invoicing process.
To work closely with the Production Departments in meeting customer requirements on planning of customer orders.
To maintain close and good relationship with all customers.
To review / assess weekly off take or trend by regular customers and to contact customers for orders to increase sales.
To consolidate the Key Performance Index reports, sales related reports and the Greif Business System tracker.
To ensure the smooth and proper handling of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, requests and any other related customer service function.
To ensure smooth processes required in handling export sales including quotations, liaising with customers, freight forwarders and shipping agents for shipment of goods and ensuring all related documentation are in order.
Requirements
Experience in a role that interacts with and delivers high service to customers.
A fast learner who can quickly understand our products, systems, and processes.
Able to collaborate with different internal and external teams.
Able to work independently.
Must be able to speak English and Vietnamese.
