Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to shipments, documentation, and logistics services
Coordinate with carriers, agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment flow
Maintain accurate records and follow up on shipment statuses and customer feedback
Resolve service issues promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in customer service within the freight forwarding or logistics sector
Strong understanding of shipping procedures (Air, Sea, and Land)
Excellent communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and freight software systems
