Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring a positive experience with our services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently.
- Provide outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat interactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Enters alphabetic, numeric or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen.
- Proofreads records or forms. Counts, weights or measures material. Sorts and files records.
- Examines shipping bills to obtain description of freight.
- Compares information on requisitions, invoices and shipping notices to material received or issued to verify accuracy of order.
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with experience in client services or call center environments.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail in record keeping.
- Competent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to perform analysis tasks related to customer interactions and service improvement efforts.
- Focuses on solving conflict, Maintains confidentiality. Speaks clearly and responds well to questions.
- Teamwork. Contributes to building a positive team spirit.
