Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build strong relationships with customers and the operations team.
- Proactively manage customer inquiries and ensure service levels and satisfaction are met.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with both customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate client orders with warehouse and transport teams to meet daily requirements.
- Track and report on performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Ensure stock is accurately accounted for in preparation for stocktakes.
- Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements and deliver efficient solutions.
- Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude, with a “Customer is KING” mindset.
- Manage time effectively, problem-solve, and multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role within Warehousing and Logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and strong data entry skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to work independently or within a team, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing environments.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer solutions.
