Customer Service Representative

Location: Atlanta, GA, 30309

At Giro Pack, we are the leaders in the fruit and vegetable packaging industry. If you have purchased bagged clementines or avocados you know our products, and we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Midtown Atlanta team.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and placing orders, maintaining orders, and invoicing. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, and have strong Excel skills.

Job Description:

Provide operational support across functions, including administering defined procedures, performing analysis, and preparing reports

Provide backup customer service support via phone or email

Maintain quality claim spreadsheet, prepare quality claims, and follow up on outstanding complaints or requests to customers

Order entry backup and maintenance of orders in SAP

Follow up on outstanding artwork projects weekly with customers and/or sales rep

Invoice all parts and consumable invoices

Prepare customs paperwork

Send freight tracking information to customers who require this information

All purchasing for the Atlanta office or other departments assigned

Order office and kitchen supplies for Atlanta and for the Vidalia commercial team

Perform other duties as requested or as deemed appropriate by the management

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years’ of Customer Service experience

Per SAP knowledge/experience

Strong Microsoft Office knowledge

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management

Good working relationship with team members and customers

Ability to multitask

Ability to work in a team

Highly proficient in the following applications Excel

Spanish speaking is a plus

Salary:

$57,000 – $60,000 annually

Annual discretionary bonus
