Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, managing orders, and facilitating effective communication between departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Manage order processing and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
Coordinate with fleet management to track shipments and deliveries.
Utilize GPS technology to provide real-time updates on freight status.
Assist in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with supply chain teams to resolve issues related to inventory and logistics.
Maintain accurate records using Oracle Transportation Management and AS400 systems.
Support 3PL operations by communicating with external partners regarding service levels and performance.
Utilize GIS tools as needed for route planning and optimization.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with data entry processes and accuracy in handling information is essential.
Experience in fleet management or logistics is a plus.
Knowledge of GPS systems, shipping/receiving protocols, freight handling, and supply chain principles is advantageous.
Proficiency in Oracle Transportation Management, AS400, or similar software is desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction.

Pay: $19.50 – $20.50 per hour
