Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships? Hellmann NZ is looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless operations, exceeding customer expectations, and contributing to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Administration: Ensure all Shipments / Orders are meticulously maintained and handle tasks to maximize revenue potential, supporting Hellmann NZ’s annual budget goals.
Placement of forwarding bookings and overseeing the shipments on a door to door basis, ensuring all key milestones are met and updated within in the TMS system.
Customer Service Excellence: Build and maintain stellar relationships with internal and external clients, delivering high-quality communication and service daily.
Reporting: Ensure all orders are kept up to date in CW1 through Purchase order management.
Problem Solving: Use your initiative and judgment to identify solutions, take ownership of client queries, and follow through to resolution, ensuring client satisfaction.
System Utilization: Execute tasks using various systems for seamless transaction handling and data accuracy.
Relationship Management: Grow and strengthen long-term relationships with your client portfolio through pro-active follow-ups, clear communication, and supporting the client’s expectations.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a natural ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering results.
Familiarity with operational tools like Cargowise and other TMS tools.
