We’re seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. You’ll be resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your ability to be organized, detail oriented, communicate effectively, and resolve issues will be essential in maintaining our reputation for outstanding client services.
Position: Customer Service Rep
Schedule: Full Time; Monday through Friday; 8-5
Reports To: Customer Service Manager
Primary Responsibilities:
Data entry and processing of Return Authorizations (RMAs)
Support role for our residential and commercial Sales Reps
Tracking and follow-up on freight and FedEx shipments
Crossing training in fraud to serve as backup when needed
Skills/Qualifications:
Organized and Detail Oriented
Excellent Time Management
Great Multitasking
Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient PC and MS Office skills
Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
