We are hiring a Customer Service Agent for our logistics department. Will interact with vendors and customers via phone and email communication. Job Type: Part-timeWorking Days: Monday-FridayWorking Hours: 5-6 hours per day (flexible)Pay: $20hr Work in tandem with our warehouse staff to obtain inventory levels and updatesPerform heavy data entry and order processingCommunicate changes, order status, and updates to customers and vendors QUALIFICATIONS:Previous phone customer service experience Basic warehouse experience including inventoryWorking computer knowledge with data entryAttention to detail and accuracyGood follow-up skills Be able to multi-task Dependable and reliableMust pass a background check
