Job Description
- Process orders through JDE System
- Follow up on customers' pending order, backorder, and shipment status
- Handle telephone calls, sales enquiries, sales reservations, customers' complaints and discrepancies
- Perform customers' sales quotations entry
- Liaise with Warehouse, Shipping, and Account departments to expedite sales orders
- Liaise with customer appointed forwarder for vessel schedule
- Prepare documents for courier, hand-carry, air or sea freight arrangement
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- At least GCE 'O' level or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years working experience in sales support
- Customer service oriented
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Knowledge on JD Edwards will be an added advantage
- Working location at Jalan Besar (Nearest MRT : Lavender)
