Job Responsibilities
Handle and coordinate all export airfreight shipments, ensuring timely bookings, documentation, and cargo readiness.
Liaise with customers, airlines, freight forwarders, and overseas agents on shipment schedules and requirements.
Prepare and process export documentation including AWB, export permits, invoices, and packing lists.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any delays or issues.
Provide regular shipment status updates to customers and attend to enquiries promptly.
Coordinate closely with internal departments such as warehouse and operations teams to ensure service excellence.
Job Requirements
GCE ‘O’ Level and above
1 years of relevant experience in airfreight export operations or freight forwarding
Proficient in MS Applications
