About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends hands-on global shipping coordination with client-facing communication and care. You’ll manage the movement of products from our global printing partners to clients, fulfillment hubs, and events around the world—while ensuring every client receives timely updates, smooth delivery experiences, and the exceptional support we’re known for.

What You’ll Do
Coordinate shipments from international print vendors to fulfillment partners, event locations, and direct-to-client deliveries.
Prepare and manage import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight arrangements (air, sea, and courier).
Track shipments and proactively troubleshoot delays or issues.
Collaborate with our printing partners on packaging, labeling, and compliance for different regions.
Support and maintain strong relationships with our global shipping, print, and logistics partners.
Oversee and manage order accuracy, delivery timelines, and quality assurance.
Provide clear, timely communication to clients regarding order status and logistics updates.
Liaise between clients, production managers, project managers, vendors, and shipping providers to ensure smooth coordination.
Maintain accurate shipment records, costs, and timelines for both internal tracking and client reporting.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in international shipping, logistics coordination, or customer service.
Strong working knowledge of customs processes, freight terminology, and documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset.
Proficient with shipping platforms (UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) and project management tools.
Comfortable navigating fast-paced timelines and shifting priorities.
Highly detail-oriented and solution-driven.
Experience in order fulfillment, print logistics, or working with overseas vendors is a plus.
