The ideal candidate will have responsibilities include but are not limited to
Check Air/Sea freight rates with agents/carriers to find competitive pricing, compare rates, and provide quotations to the sales department.
Support the sales team in quoting, consulting services, schedules for customers for freehand shipments.
Arrange bookings and monitor shipment progress.
Check import procedures/purchase costs with the logistics department and provide quotations to agents for DAP, DDP, DDU shipments.
Coordinate with departments to quickly and effectively handle customer requests. Track, notify, update shipping status for customers, agents.
Process customer and agent data. Keep information and maintain, develop relationships with customers, agents.
Assist the Accounting department in recovering outstanding debts.
Resolve any issues related to shipments.
Prepare work reports, volume reports, and perform self-assessment of monthly KPIs.
Handle other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

What you need to succeed
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in Logistics / Freight Forwarding.
Good command of English.
Soft skills: communication, negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using office software.
Dynamic, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work under high pressure.
Can communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
