– Coordinate with warehouse, freight for any shipment discrepancies
– Liaise with freight for any additional

** Job Requirements*
* – Min. O Levels/Nitec/Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
– ** 1-2 years of Customer Service experience in freight forwarding**:
– Knowledge in SAP/Tradenet/Portnet is an added advantage
