Job Description (summary)
· Issue air freight bookings
· Data entry of all booking information
· Coordinates and keep track of shipments
· Expedite transportation documents
· Manages freight priority flight list
· Review and analyze flight reports to follow up with General Handler Agent and inform status to customers
· Follow up with handler, airlines and trucking companies
· Manages customer’s claims and follow up until issues are completely resolved
· Follow up with General Handler Agent, Airlines, and Trucking companies
· Promote the products and services of all airlines routes we represent
· Support other teams by assisting customers with bookings, freight issues, and follow ups as needed
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Available to work some Saturdays

Qualifications:
Experience in customer service or sales in the industry of Air/Ocean Cargo, Logistic or Freight Transportation (preferred)
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Strong work ethic
Strong attention to details
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to deal with pressure and stress
Ability to effectively solve problems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to work with demanding deadlines
Analytical and mathematical skills
