About the Role
Hippo Logistics LLC is expanding its U.S. freight brokerage and logistics team in Belgrade and we’re looking for a driven professional with proven experience in customer sales and freight brokerage.

As a Customer Sales & Freight Brokerage Representative, you will generate new business, manage client accounts, and coordinate transportation services across the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with U.S. shippers and carriers
- Present and promote Hippo Logistics brokerage and freight services (FTL, LTL, Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed)
- Prepare rate quotes and tailored logistics solutions
- Negotiate rates and margins to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with the dispatch and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate client information and activity logs in the CRM system
Requirements (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in freight brokerage and customer sales (U.S. market preferred)
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
