Key Responsibilities

Accurately entering and updating member data across our systems.

Communicating with members via phone and email, you will be their go-to for queries and support

Troubleshooting issues and helping members find the right solutions

Using CRM systems to manage and track interactions

Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks and keeping operations running smoothly

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills

IT literate, comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

A great eye for detail, you will be handling important info, so accuracy is key

A team player who is proactive

No experience needed — just a willingness to learn and grow!
