We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Supply Chain professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. As the Customer Logistics, You’ll be working in a high performing team, with direct external exposure, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Customer Logistics Manager. Get ready for a lot of exposure to senior stakeholders. The customer logistic role is to be in place to support on critical operational topics within the Kraft Heinz to key distributor partnership. To be the focus contact for problem solving, data collection and drive process improvement on the full operational chain. The achievement of topline and bottom line financial targets (gross sales value, net sales volume and contribution margin) for the region will be your primary responsibility. You’re constantly looking for implementation and monitoring of IMS, distribution and visibility objectives.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communicate abilities and deep understanding of supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a customer-centric mindset.

The job requires and is not limited to:

Enable sales fundamentals securing optimal shelf availability

Enforce supply chain operating procedures with distributor to enable sales fundamentals

Monitor and manage the entire order cycle from order placement to delivery

Monitor and coordinate with distributor order cycle routines to ensure stock availability

Coordinate with the distributor and internally to process and track orders, ensuring order accuracy, on-time delivery, and resolution of any order-related issues or discrepancies

Provide on ground support to the distributor and commercial team

Develop deep cross functional collaboration both internal and external to align supply chain activities with overall business goals and enhance the customer experience

Support in demand drivers and data visibility

Collaborate with demand planners, providing market insights from distributor sales team to enable accurate forecasting process

Identify and propose actions required to manage slow moving or obsolete stock to eliminate expiry risk and optimize inventory level

Collaborate with demand planners and commercial team to build the most accurate sales forecast

In charge of ensuring ongoing improvement & sustainability to achieve optimum level of forecast effectiveness

Responsible for providing effective stock and inventory management

Together with demand planning team analyze demand patterns, sales forecast, and inventory data to determine optimal stock level for each product, ensuring adequate stock cover while minimizing excess inventory

Connect interdepartmental information and data to drive informed business decisions that balance cost, inventory, business importance, to meet both customer needs and business profitability

Understanding Business Need throughout Supply Chain.

Identify opportunities, impact and synergies of the distributors tie of the complete supply chain. Capabilities needed, opportunities and emerging needs.

Develop comprehensive understanding for the business objectives, strategies and go-to-market via being one of the multifunctional team who creates partnership platform with the distributors

Act as a single point of contact and as the primary liaison between our company and the distributor, maintaining regular communication and promptly addressing any inquiries, concerns or escalations

Process improvements:

Lead the value stream mapping to identify process and wastes of resources and implement corrective actions

Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes, identifying areas for enhancement, automation, and efficiency gains to streamline operations and reduce cost
