Customer Experience Specialist:
Reports to: Director of Sales Type: Full time, Salaried
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Understand clients’ business objectives, supply chain requirements, and logistics challenges.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and customer service, to develop and implement customized solutions to meet client needs
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of logistics services and identify areas for improvement.
Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients, working quickly to resolve problems and prevent escalation.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to review performance, discuss opportunities for improvement, and identify areas for account growth.
Negotiate contract renewals and pricing adjustments with clients to maximize revenue and profitability
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
Attend and Participate in weekly Business Development meetings
