Crewing Coordinator – Marine Operations Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE/Dubai at Confidential Company
Co-ordinate with manning agents for crew selection, onboarding, and management. Co-ordinate crew training, medical, and certification. Arrange crew joining formalities, Visa, Optima, Security Pass, Navigation card etc. Ensure compliance with international and local maritime laws and regulations. Co-ordinate with charter’s operation dept for crew sign on/off and manage crew rotations. Co-ordinate and arrange crew travel plans and arrangements. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Lead and mentor a team of marine & crewing professionals.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking a crew coordinator with crewing and offshore vessel operations experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in crewing experience with proven expertise in marine operations. This role requires
hands-on experience
to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with maritime regulations, and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency. Candidates with knowledge about ADNOC and ARAMCO crewing and operations procedures and documentation will have an advantage.
