** Job Responsibilites*
* – Support and assist in crew management and compliance to regulatory requirements governing Company’s vessels
– To ensure crew qualifications/documentation checked and verified prior to joining
– To ensure crew personal file created, updated and uploaded and recorded in company’s profile
– Handling visas and ensuring legislation of crew certification are adhered
– To plan, coordinate and execute crew change for Company’s vessels
– Handling crewing functions such as crew changes
– To ensure crewing operations are in full compliance with the laws and regulations within the countries that we operate as well as the requirements of the charters
– To ensure joining crews have the necessary competency qualifications to adhere to all applicable regulations and clients requirements
– To arrange crew logistics’ and visa
– Liaise with marine government agencies in Singapore and overseas
– Verify crewing expenses and punctual submission of accrual and weekly crewing reports
