Job Overview
We are seeking a Fresher Courier to join our team at Hustlehub. The position is full-time and is located in Bengaluru, Mysuru, Shimoga, Hubballi, Mangaluru, and Tumakuru. This role requires 0 to 1 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of packages and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications And Skills
Customer Service (Mandatory skill)
Logistics Management skills to streamline delivery processes and enhance efficiency
Proficiency in Supply Chain Optimization to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Ability to perform effective Route Planning to minimize travel time and cost
Experience with Inventory Control to manage package quantities and ensure accurate deliveries
Strong Problem Solving skills to address and resolve delivery issues promptly
Excellent Time Management abilities to ensure all deliveries are made on schedule
Strong Communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
Roles And Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver packages to customers in a timely and professional manner
Ensure safe and secure transportation of packages
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and manage delivery schedules
Coordinate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction
Assist in inventory control tasks to ensure accuracy in deliveries
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational efficiency
Adhere to company policies and procedures during deliveries
