About the role

• Receive and verify incoming shipments (quality & quantity)

• Ensure accurate inventory records across systems and warehouse operations

• Track, trace, and support end-to-end delivery and purchase processes

• Coordinate with vendors, customers, 3PL providers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries

• Review shipping documentation, freight costs, invoices, and purchase orders

• Support warehouse operations, including space planning and daily coordination

• Prepare and update shipment information, packing lists, and logistics records

• Monitor returns, repairs, and replacement processes end-to-end

• Ensure correct labeling, tagging, and compliance with company procedures

• Support timely payment processing in coordination with Finance

• Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems

What we are looking for

• Previous 3 – year experience in a logistics role

• Good understanding of logistics processes and basic shipping documentation

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy under pressure

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)

• Good IT skills and familiarity with logistics/ERP systems (Navision, SAP, WMS tools are a plus)
