This job is a member of the International & Cargo Team within the Customer Experience Division.

Responsible for monitoring acceptance, planning and accommodation of all American Airlines Cargo products to ensure compliance.

What You’ll Do

Identifies and communicates potential operational issues to other work groups and assists with resolution

Responds to phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner

Assists with special projects from HDQ and local management team

Provides superior quality customer service with maximum emphasis on problem resolution

All you’ll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

High School diploma or GED Equivalency

1 year Cargo Terminal Operations, Cargo Sales or Cargo Reservations experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and possess organization skills

Ability to have a keen attention to detail, solid analytical skills and demonstrates sound business judgment

Ability to be a great team player with a positive, can-do attitude and projects a positive outlook

Ability to consistently perform at their highest potential and delivers great results

Ability to learn quickly and is adaptable in a changing business environment

Knowledge of American Airlines Cargo products and understanding of the cargo industry is highly desired

Knowledge of SABRE FRT system

Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA)

Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges
