Job Description:
– Monitor every order that enters the platform
– Ensure all shipments can be sent and received on time
– Ensure that all deliveries are according to SOP from pick up to drop off
– Report any issue that occurs in the order
– Create reports every week to the operations manager
– Answer order related inquiries from Logisly shippers and transporters
– Problem solve issues encountered during deliveries
Qualifiactions:
– Bachelor’s Degree in any field from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.00 would be preferred
– Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics/trucking/supply chain in similar roles
– Willing to work on shifts
– Intermediate to advanced skills in critical thinking and problem-solving
– Strong project management knowledge/skills
– Familiar in using Google Sheets for report building and formula writing
– Ability to collaborate in a team environment
